The exchange or return of a product to a more suitable size is free of charge at first time. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you can place an exchange or return order within 8 business days of your purchase provided that:
– keep intact and unused in any way;
– keep in its original packaging, without damage;
– is complete and returned in its entirety of the original order.

Exchange of products:

To change your product, follow these steps:

Enter your customer area and select the Returns tab. Click on “New Return” to request the exchange of the product within 8 working days after receiving your order.

Choose the order you want to exchange, select the product, the reason and the quantity you want to exchange. Fill in all the necessary information below.

If you want to receive email notifications about the order status of your exchange, we recommend that after you create the exchange request on the returns page, click “View” and select the “Enable email notifications to receive replies from this thread” button.

After the exchange request we will contact you.

CASA LIMA Artigos de Viagem Lda also reserves the right to charge recovery costs for goods received after 8 working days.

Only in Portugal is the first return free of charge.

Return of products:

To return your product, follow the following steps:

Choose the order you want to exchange, select the product, the reason and the quantity you want to return. Fill in all the necessary information below.

Return of defective product:

The customer is entitled to return defective products or that do not comply with their order. You can do so within a maximum of 15 days after you receive the order. Do not remove any label. The BRAND CASA LIMA Artigos de viagem, Lda, after receiving the product and considering the manufacturing defect, will proceed with its replacement or refund. In general, the refund will be processed within 10 working days.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, except for exceptions or customer preference.
